App asks you to pay $8.99 before you can convert your photo.

I must be missing something. I paid for the photo and it was received... But it is too blurry to actually see any detail. I think it would be cool, if I could actually see it clearly.

Installed free app, uploaded photo, and could not alter photo without paying $8.99. Dont waste your time!

I dont get it how do all the reviews say that it is the best, you have to buy it every time for 8.99 I dont get it can someone tell me how you do it.PLEASE!!!

I downloaded this just to tell paycity how pathetic and worthless their life is, you use alt accounts to post good reviews on your clearly terrible app? They are obviously fake, because there is a TON of bad reviews and then out of nowhere, there are 4-5 five star reviews in a row not explaining why the app is useful in any way, I have never launched a paycity app on my phone and I never, ever will.

Who wants to pay per picture?

Thought this would be a fun and funny app THAT WAS FREE. But when you go to make the picture old, it says "buy."
